All payments made under the S. Earth On – Korfex Solar Project are governed by the executed MOU and agreed milestones.
Payments once released against completed and accepted milestones are generally non-refundable.
Refunds, if any, shall be considered only in cases of duplicate payment or clerical error.
No refund shall be applicable for delays caused due to government approvals, statutory processes, or force majeure events.
In case of termination, payments shall be settled strictly as per the accepted work and milestones completed.
The Company reserves the right to adjust or set off any dues, losses, or damages against payable amounts.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing with valid supporting documents.
The decision of the Company regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
This Refund Policy shall be governed by applicable laws of India.
